 + 0 moreI have done business with MSUFCU for many years while I lived in Michigan. When my wife and I moved to Arizona, I had several medical bills from my wife's chronic illness that had consumed most of my credit, and I needed a second mortgage on my house to cover those and the costs of finishing our new house. MSUFCU came through for me with a loan that allowed me to consolidate the medical bills and landscape our unfinished yard long distance. The process was quick and painless, and we received our loan in almost no time, considering the distance. Customer service is the best that I have ever experienced from a financial institution. Their rates are competitive, and given the choice between MSUFCU and another institution, all things being relatively equal, I will go with MSUFCU.
Description of Work: I have used MSUFCU as my primary and secondary banking and mortgage source for over 15 years. I carry an MSUFCU Visa, and have a second mortgage through them. They have always been prompt and efficient in dealing with loan applications, correcting problems with my checking and debit account, and servicing my Visa. Their rates are always competitive, and the people at MSUFCU are always couteous and helpful. I would recommend MSUFCU to anyone that is interested in doing their banking through a credit union.

Description of Work: I have been a member of MSUFCU for awhile now but in the past year I have used their services more than the last 10 years. At the beginning of the year I flew to Thailand and had a unscheduled stop over in Japan. My credit/debit/ATM would not work and I didn't know what to do. I went online emailed the credit union and they explained to me that they blocked the card because I didn't tell them I would be in Japan. They were able to open my cards so I could use them. Then two months after that my car died and they gave me a blank check to go shopping with. And last month they walked me through my first home mortgage and it couldn't have been better. I love them.

 + 0 moreI can't gust enough about MSUFCU. Eventhough I live out of state, they're an easy call away for a solution. They treat me with respect without the typical rigor that comes with most banks. A loan is literally a call away, and they work to get the best deal for me. Yeah, I have to drive a few miles to get to a free ATM, but it's well worth it!
