Customer service is the best that I have ever experienced from a financial institution. Their rates are competitive, and given the choice between MSUFCU and another institution, all things being relatively equal, I will go with MSUFCU.

I can't gust enough about MSUFCU. Eventhough I live out of state, they're an easy call away for a solution. They treat me with respect without the typical rigor that comes with most banks. A loan is literally a call away, and they work to get the best deal for me. Yeah, I have to drive a few miles to get to a free ATM, but it's well worth it!
