MASTER ELECTRICIAN

I feel I now have an electrician I can count on and call if I need more work done. Dennis went out of his way to make sure I was happy with job, offering suggestions for future lighting changes (at my request). He has a wonderful personality and was very easy to have in the house. Dennis examined the Ring doorbell and immediately determined what a previous electrician had missed in terms of why it was not hard wired. He was very inquisitive in terms of how it worked and wanted it fixed correctly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and to getting it right. I will definitely hire Dennis Glew again!

Fabulous, Dennis rebuilt the porch light in his van and put the dining room light up. He is coming back to do the bedroom ceiling light due to time it will take.

Very professional - communicated exactly what they were doing and why. Efficient with their time and I was comfortable with having them in my home.

We thought that this was a fair price for all that he did. He did it quickly, and right the first time. Nothing has broken! He was very efficient. He could not have been nicer!

Fantastic, Dennis finished early from a previous job and called to see if we were available for him to arrive early. He was very thorough and careful to explain everything he was repairing for us. Excellent customer service and easy on the pocket book, he charges $65 for the first hour and then $45 for each hour after. Minimal costs on supplies as well, which rests well for new, first time homeowners. We would HIGHLY recommend him again to others.

Dennis responded to my request for an estimate by coming over right away and taking the time to do the job on the spot.
He recogized another problem the previous company had created and explained how it should have been handled.
I value Mr. Glew's expertise and work ethic so much that I hired him to come back in August and update/upgrade my electric breakers.

Dennis carfully examined the job, then clearly spelled out our alternatives for replacement. He was very conscientious about saving us money, including encouraging us to buy the parts ourselves from the lest expensive sellers. He was very professional at all times, always came when he said he wouldand even allowed me to assist him, which saveded time and thus money.

He was great. Knew what to do and how long it would last. I could leave for my own work, and return with parts to coordinate with his schedule of the job. He gave good advice, and had the most common parts. I come from a family of electricians (in a different part of the country) and felt right at home with Dennis.

Simply put, he exceeded my expectations.

Dennis Glew is GREAT! He treats us more like a father stopping by to help with a project than a contractor reporting for a job. Give him a cup of coffee and pay him enough to "keep some beer in his cooler," and you will be pleased. A few times after he performed some services for us, I felt guilty due to the fact that I felt like we wasted his time and he didn't charge enough. That is definitely a change from the norm isn't it? Very professional, very polite, very honest, very fair. Once he is on the job, he gives you his complete attention. The only complaint that I have is that he seems quite busy and is not always available right away. Gee, I wonder why? :)

Great. Dennis was very personable and punctual. He accomplished the job with virtually no disruption or mess. He also pointed out a couple of issues in my attic that I am glad to know about for future attention. He made sure everything was operating perfectly before leaving. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others. He had to cancel our first appointment through no fault of his own (which really bothered him) and he made up for it in the price charged.

This is the 5th or 6th time that I've used Dennis for my electrical needs. This job was a continuation of a previous job this past summer. When Dennis ran new power to the attic over the summer, he ran into a problem with an open ground wire. Given the fact that it was August and the work involved a tedious search for an open ground wire in the ultra-hot attic, Dennis asked if he could return in the fall and finish the work. The job took nearly 2 hours, but Dennis was able to locate the open ground wire and fix the problem. As in the past, I'm very pleased with Dennis's work and professionalism. He is the only electrician that I will ever use and the only electrician that I will recommend.

As it was not a simple 'the breaker popped' problem' there we many things that had to be tested to see where the problem lay. Unfortunately, it was labor intensive, but Dennis was quick and efficient. He has a very professional manner, but a good sense of humor too.

Dennis arrived right on time and took about an hour to install both fixtures. No surprises during installation, which is unusual in my old house. I talked with Dennis about some other electrical needs and actually set up another appointment. Dennis is very personable and knowledgable. I highly recommend him!

This is the best electrician I've ever met (I've been a homeowner for 36 years). He explains very clearly what he is diagnosisng and what he finds, then lays out the alternatives for fixing the problem, beginning with the lowest cost alternative.

Dennis arrived at the agreed time, and and discussed several projects that I would like to have done. After going over how best to accomplish them, Dennis explained that he charges by the hour, and gave an time estimate on how long he thought each project might take. Then he said we could set up another appointment to begin the work, or if I preferred, he could start right away. I was delighted he was able to get started that same evening, and within an hour, he was able to finish the 2 projects I wanted done first. The total cost for parts and labor was much less that I have paid in the past for similar projects. He was very friendly, but very professional. I will be contacting him soon for more work.

Dennis was responsive, knowledgeable, experienced, cheerful, patient, willing to do all those little electrical chores that add up in the lives of people who live in old houses, and had reasonable price. He was exactly what we needed.
