Lifescapes Custom Landscaping

The performed the job specifically as quoted.  Excellent workmanship.  All debris cleaned up.  I have used Lifescapes for two projects and have been delighted with all aspects of their work.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The work was very professional in every way. The end product is beautiful and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this company and plan to use them again for another project next year.

Really good price and quality of work. The communication I would rate a B- or a C. I had to call back the owner a couple of times when I didn't hear from him. He said they would call me before they came to complete the work but did not. But, the price and work was great, so I can overlook that!

I started estimates in late Feb or early March. Chose Lifescapes in mid March. Jason was difficult to reach by phone. Finally made contact in April. Delay due to weather but again had difficult time reaching him to reset the date. When he did the work, he removed the stones, cleaned up daily as this was near a public sidewalk and seeded the area. The actual work went well.

This spring, Jason saw damage from Deer's over the winter and suggested I call expert at Arbor Lawn. I did and they were great.

On time, polite, professional & reasonably priced.

I was originally considering another landscaping company who had been very courteous and helpful working with our budget (I was hoping to spend no more than $4500). I then talked with Jason Smoker of Lifescapes on the recommendation of my neighbor. Jason and his crew had installed a beautiful rock garden/pond/waterfall in their back yard. Lifescapes quoted the job over $1000 cheaper than the other company. I felt a little trepidation over Lifescapes since their price was so different than other bids I had received. We decided, on the suggestion of Jason, to check out the type of brick he proposed using up at the supplier's location and we did. That clinched it, so we picked our colors and gave Jason the go ahead. He was able to schedule us within a reasonable amount of time. There was a small delay due to weather, but the patio was still usable before our July 4th party so everything worked out fine anyway. The finished patio had a block installed sideways (the blocks have ridges in the side and the ridge wound up on top in this case), but after pointing it out to Jason during our final walk through it was promptly corrected. Jason was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely go back to him and Lifescapes for future projects.

Grass did not come in well and he reseeded and it is beautiful now. Most recently, we had some leakage around the foundation and Jason came in with his crew and repaired the area and installed drainage that should guarantee no future problems. His bill for the work was far below what he should have charged, but I think he felt some responsibility for the problem.
