Julio came within 15 minutes, got in, and replaced the doorknob with a matching set. Hey re-keyed the lock to match my deadbolt key (I didn't even know you could do that), so that now I only need a single key for convenience. The entire job was done in about 15 minutes. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

He came out the same day I called. He did a great job. He was professional and efficient. He was able to fix the locks without having to replace the parts. The price was fair. I was very pleased. I would recommend them.

A dead-bolt lock was not working so Julio came right out and fixed the lock - not wanting to replace the lock as it was just stuck, not broken.

Julio answered the phone himself and arrived at the appointed time on the same day. He worked quickly and efficiently. He matched the lock's styles to our existing door knobs and locks and also matched the cylinder to existing keys so that we did not have to hassle making new sets of keys.

Julio arrived on time and installed the deadbolts in a short time. He was courteous and personable. He even offered advice on adding weatherstripping. I purchased the deadbolts from Builders Hardware in East Lansing.

I just purchased a condo on Tuesday. I was calling today (Thursday) to get a locksmith to change 3 locks (Deadbolt, doorknob and mailbox). I called a few others and they cost significantly more than Julio's Keys and Locks. He answered the phone right away and literally schedule to meet me 10 minutes after I called. I called at 11: 47 am and he was at my door at 12:05 pm waiting on me to get home from work.
Within an hour Julio changed all the locks, sprayed the hinges, etc. My door is secure, squeekless, and I I feel satisfied with his work. He was very professional, clean and timely. I love it!
The others were charging to change the locks, and then a separate charge for each key. Julio was over 20% cheaper than the competitors.

Julio was excellent! Not only did he come right on time, but he worked quietly, in the midst of a lot of moving in and out! After he finished with the locks, we went around and voluntarily straightened the doors on their hinges for us. He did an excellent job!

I have always found them to be really good. They seemed to be very confident and timely because they came very quickly when I needed to get something unlocked. Their price was reasonable and fine too.

He's a straightforward, very nice guy. I wasn't here when he came, but my wife was. He did a really nice job. He does quality work.

I will definitely use them in the future if I needed to.
