We started looking at houses with Jim thinking that it would take a long time. I was pretty impressed with his patience, non rushed approach. He says 'there is a right house for everyone'. He listens and works with our needs. We gave him our expectations and he met each one. He is realistic that he will tell you when you may be searching for the wrong things. But, in the end he will let you make your decision. Even though he has his ideas about what you want, he is always willing to listen and change his tactics in the middle of the process.
