I really liked them and all of them were very nice. They were extremely nice. I did not have to wait. The place is nice and clean. They were just friendly.

I was very pleased and it is fun going back and I am hard to please. They don’t accept tip and that was a pleasant surprise and that was great.
She really did a great job with my hair color. It was all excellent. The punctuality was great and I did not have to wait not longer than five minutes at the most.
I know that they have a school but I did not go there. There is a person for cutting, the other for hair color and the other for shampoo. No one person does all three.
The place is upscale but the ladies were not. The salon is very nice. All of them were very nice to me and pleasant, frienndly and helpful. Jessica is extremely nice.

The manicurist was personable and the hand massage was great, but with no trimming or cutting this seemed like a partial manicure for more than what I usually pay. The "vegan" polish initially looked good but was absolutely the worst. I am very careful after my nails are polished but this started chipping after two days and was literally falling off after five days

They charged me extra because my hair is thicker. I really took offense to that. I do not like their business model. They move you around like an assembly line, from a hair colorist to a shampoo person to a stylist. They are all different people, you might be with 3 different people on one visit. I dont think its a friendly environment, its not personalized. The reception isnt always friendly. They rush you out because they only give you 45 minutes per appointment. They are pricey as well if you want a good stylist that is a level 3. They do give the choice to pick a level 1 or level 2 stylists but they are newer and then you are taking chances with your hair. It didn't fit for me. Overall as a business perspective I would be a loyal client and pay more if they treated me better. They are losing business by not accommodating a loyal client like me, because now I don't go there and I had been a regular client for years before they got picky about the thicker hair. Also, they rotate their staff so much that you can't establish a repore with the stylists. It seems like everyone, both the staff and clients, are expendable. That did not settle well with me either.

I got my highlights but will never return.

I know these are students, but I won't go back. First, they do no clipping of your nails for liability purposes, so i have to clip my nails in advance. Second, they have no vibrating chairs, nor a special foot bath. I have been to many salons and this is standard. Lasty, they don't use any special foot scrub or lotion before hot towels are applied. They have Aveda products there and the least they could do is use something special. They need to reduce their price by 50% IMHO.

They do a good job. I think the price is too high, but I don't know what other people charge.
