Critter Care

Holly rocks! Just prior to leaving on vacation, our dog had some health issues. Thinking we had to cancel going to our brother's wedding, we discussed everything with Holly, and she agreed to help us deal with our pooch's problems. She was excellent! She provided medication three times per day, and gave our dog plenty of loving as well. Got home to a happy pooch. We have relied on Holly for years, and if not for her, we wouldn't have felt comfortable leaving our beloved Merry. Thank you, Holly!

With just 72 hours notification, Holly was able to get us on the schedule.  It went extremely well.  Her business is a well oiled machine.  She keeps records of our instructions and keeps our key.  That way, when we have to pick up and leave, Holly is able to step in and take care of our dog(s).  We used to board our dogs when we had to leave town, but it is actually less expensive to bring in Holly for our pet care.  It is far less traumatic for the animals when they can stay in the home where they feel the most comfortable.  Our rescue dogs are so much better off in her care and not exposed to the veterinary diseases that kennels have from time to time.

It went extremely well.  We had Holly check the "hot spots" in the house (where dogs had accidents previously) to determine if another visit would be needed each day.  There were no problems and no messes with having her come in just every 12 hours. When we returned, our pets looked happy and hearty.  We will call Critter Care when we need to travel again!

It goes very well. Critter Care walks my dog Monday through Friday at apx. noon each day. They have also in the past taken care of my dog when I am out of town or in the hospital. They do not stay at the house overnight but I have them make three visits per day--morning, noon and bedtime. They feed the dog, walk the dog, leave water out, bring in the mail and newspaper as well as clean my bird cages and water my plants. In the past they also filled my bird feeders that I had outside at the time. They are very dependable and I rely on them alot. There have been a few occasions when I called them at the last minute and they were able to help me. Once they said they were too busy and could not help at the last minute. However, I felt this was reasonable as they really try their best. Recently I forgot my cell phone and left it at home. I called and asked them to bring it to me at work (for a fee of course) and they did this for me. They have also on occasion picked up Coke for me and brought to my home (for a fee) as I do not drive. I could not ask for better service.

They provide excellent service and I could not ask for anything more from them.

I've used this company since it began in 1996. I use them at least five days a week and sometimes more if I'm out of town.
