I found TG Plumbing and Heating on Angie's List on Saturday 7/23 and sent an e-mail to the company asking if they could come out and look at my A/C unit. By 6PM that evening, the owner - Tom emailed me back and said that they could come out and repair the unit. On Sunday, I contact Tom again via e-mail and asked him when they might be able to come out and repair the unit. He indicated that his crew would be out on Monday! On Monday Zack came out on time and really knew his stuff. He checked out the A/C unit, added additional Freon, checked out my second unit with pressure gauges, and checked out both furnaces. The repair was completed quickly, Zack was professional and friendly, and all is well. I love the fact that I reported the issue via e-mail on Saturday and they fixed the problem first thing Monday! I now have an HVAC and plumber for life! Thanks Tom and team!

It went very well. I like him because he is always available he gets there very quickly and he is very compenent. he also cleans up after himself.
