 + -1 moreThe company owner, Mark, showed up in a very timely manner. He assessed the problem, replaced the damaged parts, upgraded the substandard parts of the lock, and made sure every thing worked properly. He even adjusted the lock set so the lock opened and closed more smoothly (he wasn't here for that, Nice work!) He made us five more keys, on site and made sure they worked properly. All that and he came in right at the bid price he gave us over the phone. I highly recommend Action Locksmith.
Description of Work: We had a damaged lock at the front door of our retail store. Action Locksmith came out and repaired the lock for us. They also made us some new keys and offered to return if we had any problems with the keys or the lock functioning properly.
