The company owner, Mark, showed up in a very timely manner. He assessed the problem, replaced the damaged parts, upgraded the substandard parts of the lock, and made sure every thing worked properly. He even adjusted the lock set so the lock opened and closed more smoothly (he wasn't here for that, Nice work!) He made us five more keys, on site and made sure they worked properly. All that and he came in right at the bid price he gave us over the phone. I highly recommend Action Locksmith.
