Work was performed in Nov 2016 but then within 2 weeks after job was completed, shingles became displaced from garage roof as well as the cap. It had been very windy and I'm sure it's not that uncommon for this to happen. I had to call Jeff the owner of Alltech several times before I received any call back. After he finally responded he took way too long to come back and repair the shoddy job. Once they returned, they did a VERY poor repair job and shingles and cap have since blown off the garage roof AGAIN! I have been calling them back for 3 months now and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. I rated them an A initially due to the price quoted, the quality of the materials as described by Jeff, and the workers seemed competent and the job looked ok. BUT, this has since turned very very sour and now my opinion of this company can't get any lower. They are extremely incompetent. I am upset beyond repair now. The only excuse they can give me is that they are already out of business. I've left Jeff the owner many msgs.

They completed a new roof for us in only 2 days. They stayed in touch with us throughout the whole project. When it was completed, our home inspector found a couple of very minor issues, but the company agreed to come right back out to fix them. They underbid all the other estimates that we had, cleaned everything up upon completing the job. It was a great experience overall, we are very satisfied.
