A CUT ABOVE TREE SERVICE

The crew did an excellent job. The "B's" given for professionalism and punctuality were given because the crew did have to reschedule from the appointed time. However, I was given a call at the expected time of arrival to tell me that they would need to come later in the day. There was a minor dispute over the the amount to be paid, which was higher than the estimate given, however, in the end the company stuck to its word and completed the job based on the estimate.

Estimator arrived same day, Friday (8/24), we discussed removal of one large maple with split limb and top and one leaning pine - both approx. 30 years old. I signed contract and was told office would call me to schedule day for removal and that stump grinding would occur 2 weeks later. Came home Monday (8/27) and the pine was gone and maple 75% gone much to my surprize and they ground up the stumps also. I was told crew arrived about noon. I am very pleased with crew's work (amazed actually!), politeness and excellent clean-up they did. I would recommend and use A Cut Above again. I wish now that I'd have asked more questons about stump grinding as it left quite a mess - I won't have that done next time. Overall great service.

After arriving at the agreed to time, they removed a large tree and ground down the stump. I was very impressed at how well they cleaned up the street, driveway, and lawn afterward. When I first called, I had to leave a message requesting an estimate, but they called back in a reasonable amount of time.

THE GUYS THEY SENT OUT DID NOT SCREW AROUND. THEY SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THEY WERE ONE OF THE MORE PLEASANT BUNCHES OF PEOPLE I'VE DEALT WITH.

I NEEDED HELP REMOVING A TREE IN MY FRONT YARD. THE COMPANY CAME IN A QUICK REACT TIME. THE GUYS WERE HARDWORKING MEN THAT KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE JOB WAS QUICK AND CONVENIENT. THEY WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY MEN.

THEIR PRICES WERE THE LOWEST. THE COMPANY CAME RIGHT OUT WITH NO HESITATION. THE WORK WAS DONE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED THE WIRES WERE CLEARED AWAY. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLES SINCE.
