Their price was fair. It was similar to a price from another company. They were very careful and complete in what they did. They made sure I was satisfied. They've been great on responsiveness. They showed up starting 15 minutes ahead of time with a complete crew with the different vehicles - a dump truck and some of the other lifts and everything that was necessary. They had all the items in place to start and they worked very well together. They started right when they said they would. I've had other times where they were just replacing a few shingles and they always show up on time.

The job went great. The estimate was lower than any other I had done. The work crew removed and replace the entire roof in just 2 days. They also replaced some structure boards that were rotting and removed extra roof vents that were no longer needed with the new ridge vent. They rerouted the bathroom vent and made sure my attic has adequate air flow. They were prompt and tidy in their work. A week after it was installed, we had winds up to 60 mph and my new roof held up to the test. Modern Roofing did a fantastic workmanship with top quality products.

The previous homeowner attempted his own repairs and only made the problems worse. The basic work on resurfacing the flat roof was pretty straightforward. The challenge was to provide drainage without installing gutters. Exposed guttering would have spoiled the look of the house. Their solution was to build hidden gutters around the roof. They did this by fabricating sheet metal soffit and fascia that matched the color of the house, which enclosed the guttering system. The sheet metal guy was a master of his craft. He was able to deal with a number of structural defects. Unless you knew what work was done, you'd never notice it. The runoff now goes where it was intended to go, and most importantly, my wife is now a happy woman! As it turned out we had a couple of other minor issues with the pitched roof elements and they took care of that at a very reasonable cost as well. The guys were always on time, extremely friendly and efficient and did a great job of cleaning up all through the process. The whole job was completed in about 2 weeks. If there was an issue, Adam would consult with me before proceeding. At the end of the project, the total cost came in at bid, and under the contingency we planned for. I would solidly recommend Modern for any roofing needs. Simply, they were great!

It was a small job. It was excellent. They were willing to do it. They were prompt. They were cheap. I've referred them to many people.

There were still some repairs needs, so once we owned the home, we asked them to come out to do some work for us, but they were too busy to come to home and service our roof. There are very few people who do work on tile roofs.

Work was well done in a timely and professional manner.

They did a good job. The snow was so high it looked like the roof might cave in. I called them, and even though they were extremely busy during this difficult winter, they were able to come out within 48 hours which I felt was outstanding.

They did a very good job. Told us up front that they couldn't give us a precise date, but would bring a crew within 2-weeks and finish in 1-day, which they did. Also, did a good job with clean up. No problems and would use them again. Very good to deal with, and price was within our budget.

Called and asked for estimate. They came, walked the roof. I told them I only wanted a layver, NOT a new roof. They left and sent an email to me quoting a price for just a new roof, not the layover that I had requested.

They have a very good reputation and their bid was very competitive. They did everything they said they would and they were outstanding. They did a professional job and the garage was beautiful and they cleaned up very well after themselves. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had heard of them and they did a heck of a job. It was a big roof and it was an excellent job.
