Was recommended by [Provider Name Removed] to clear a clogged laundry drain. Repairman showed up quickly and was very polite and spent an hour attempting to clear the clog but could not. Charged us $400.00 for "showing up" and advised us to hire him to cut the concrete floor up in our basement to put a new drain line in for a cost of $4400.00 (he said he would credit the $400.00 he already charged us). Called the owner to complain that $400.00 for a "show up charge" is excessive, and he asked me if I saw his new truck and trailer that were parked outside, complained about the cost of diesel, and said that $400.00 is normal nowadays. We paid the bill and called [Provider Name Removed] who came over the next day and cleared the clog in less than half an hour, even making sure the line was cleared up to the main sewer line.

Great workers, fast response and did a fantastic job. Had the trees removed, limbed and bucked loaded in the chipper and cleaned up the yard afterward! Will definitely recommend them, fast friendly service, good people.

Worker walked all around the house even though the toilet was located in one end of the house. He said I donâ t know whatâ s going on. Did minimal work. Charged over $400 problem was not solved. I looked it up on line and figured it out myself and fixed it for under $20. Contacted owner and was told the price was reasonable considering his truck and trailer were expensive.

Toilet wouldnâ t flush completely. Here less than 1 hour, didnâ t fix the problem , charged $400 . After YouTube search fixed problem with a 10 minute plastic fill tube extension. Called owner he said his price was reasonable and was glad I was able to fix it myself. Not happy or impressed!

Ok, but a bit pricey.

He did a good job. The price was a little high. And the stumps could have been terminated. Better so as to not grow back.

I made the appointment and in 2 days they came as scheduled and did the service of removing the two tree stumps in a very short period of time. They left with the ground nice and level and no debri left behind. Great job.
