ZAHN'S AUTOBODY

Thankfully they offered me a loaner car during the nearly 3 months it took them to "fix" my car. They ladies in the office were nice and kept me informed of the progress frequently enough that I wasn't stressed about the wait. But they weren't building my car from the ground up and the accident they were repairing wasn't so major that taking 3 months to repair was foreseeable. They offered no explanation for the delays other than "we're working on it". When it was all said and done the work they did was nice and clean but the windshield they replaced now had a massive high pitched air whistling noise coming through it that it didn't have before I brought it to them (after the accident). They claimed that the noise was always there and that I must not have noticed it. Not an acceptable answer. They pulled the windshield again and checked the framing or whatever it is that holds the window in place, put it back together and apparently didn't test drive the car. Instead they called me to say that it was fixed and I could come pick it up. I did, drove it 1 mile and took it right back. A month later they still could not fix it and it was not any better. So they found a service bulletin by the manufacture that was minimally related to the issue and pawned the problem off on that service bulletin. Shame on them. The noise was so bad I couldn't even drive the car anymore so I sold it. I won't go back to them. YMMV

Looks as good as new. The paint job matched perfectly which can be tricky with red. The original price quote was accurate. I felt it was on the higher end but the work is good. Unfortunately they told me 3 days and it ended up being 6 days. They did loan me a car free of charge during the extra 3 days. I felt that made up for the delay. . Very nice and professional place.

I took my car into Zahn's for an estimate for paintwork repair. The estimate seemed okay. My insurance company wanted pictures of the damage. I returned and pictures were taken on 7th may. I was informed by my insurers, yesterday 23rd may, that they had received nothing from Zahns. When asked about the delay we were told that they and quot;didn't have timeand quot; to deal with my insurers paperwork. Way to do business.
I now have to start the whole process again with a real Professional Body Shop.

The end result was great. They even fixed a few things I didn't expect like a small taillight crack.

work was done on time. They called when already mostly done to say it would cost more than the coupon I had used said, because car was dirty (they reserved the right to do this on the coupon, but they should have called to get my agreement on a higher price before they went ahead). Not too thrilled about the wax/polish they used on the outside--would have liked a harder shell finish. They missed some sap on the front windshield, drivers side, so I had to go back to have that removed. They were not particularly gracious about it when I went back for that.

Zahn's worked with two insurance companies and handled the paperwork as needed. They missed their target date by several days, and the agent I worked with did not communicate in a timely manner to keep me up to date on when the car would be ready. However the repairs and paint job were done exceptionally well.

Overall very satisfied with the work. They did a very nice job matching the repair. When I picked up the car, they did go over all the repair work completed.
They were a little late calling to confirm completion timing and I did have to call and check. They did however complete the work in the estimated timing.

They do first class work. They are courteous and professional. They have a nice and clean facility.

fender bender. I needed only specific part of the work to be done. I couldn't notice any difference from the rest of the car body after they had worked on it. Fantastic!

The actual expense was $1,500 but I just had to pay my deductible of $500. They were extremely professional and organized. Once we scheduled the appointment, they followed up to remind me of the appointment. There was zero wait time in dropping off and picking up my car. They were thorough and ready to handle my car. My insurance company had recommended them so I didn't have to shop around. I would use them again.

After having to complain, they finally did finish all my projects to my satisfaction. The time and energy that I wasted was not worth going back to them. I was overall disappointed about how unorganized they were at managing their business and the level of quality when it comes to repairs.

They do the work so good that you cannot even tell there was an existing problem. The can match any paint to the exact color and they are very precise with what they do. This is a good place to take your car for any auto body work.
