Ben and Aiden did absolutely fantastic work on a number of different projects that included swapping out light fixtures, removing old smoke detectors and patching the ceiling, fixing an electrical outlet, caulking a tub, mounting a mop/broom holder, installing a new kitchen faucet, and installing a chain-pull light fixture. Ben responded to all my messages and questions promptly and patiently and communicated clearly as far as appointment times and pricing, and he and Aiden arrived right at the expected time to complete the work. Both Ben and Aiden were considerate, friendly, professional, and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with their work. It was clear that they took pride not only in the work itself but in providing an exceptional customer service experience. Ben was very professional and provided quality services. Among other small projects, he did a great job painting my basement and evaluating/replacing a broken garbage disposal. Ben was polite, friendly, and always communicated about the work that he was doing and when he would stop by. He completed the projects efficiently and to my satisfaction. Additionally, Ben was also very fair and clear about the cost of the project and how much each aspect would cost. I would hire Ben again for any handyman job.
