He goes above and beyond. He is better than the rest. He does a true walk-through video. Not a lot of realtors do that and it's very impressive and it's what brought in my buyer. Most of the times they say they have a video, but it is just a slide-show presentation. This is truly a narrated walk-through. I am searching for a house and it is so hard to tell. You see a picture of a bedroom and you have no idea is it first floor or second floor or where is it in relation to the house.
