Jeremy and his crew were great to work with. An estimate was given and an approximate start date. When we hired them the job was started on time and completed without delays. Work was done professionally. I would recommend them and will use them in the future for any project I have.

Quick process

Lots of snow already this year and they were here promptly after each snowfall. Most reliable company I have had in past 8 years.

My family and I contacted this company for snow removal. First time they showed up only plowed a small little turn around spot on my driveway, didn’t even plow where you DRIVE. Also kicked up all my gravel in that small area. Gave them another chance. Large snow storm came through yesterday and now 28hrs later no service, no plow, nothing. Not even a phone call or email. Good thing I have a Jeep. But as for my wife, she got stuck in the driveway and had to call in to work at NOON! They didn’t even do one pass, OR CALL! Horrible service wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to be a valued customer.

Cleared a large amount of snow from a difficult circular drive. The crew came through twice and in addition to clearing all of the drive and porch and walk-way, they were careful with the landscape. Much appreciate their good work and reliability

They are in and out in 5 min. Not great for $40. They don't edge completely and blow the cut grass into the planting bed for me to clean up later.

I put in this request on Thursday before the Labor Day weekend, as both myself and my husband had been working overtime for the last week, our large lawn was growing out of control. Drowning in grass, we decided it was time to let our push mower mow the jungle one last time and hire ourselves someone who can take care of our lawn much quicker and more consistently. I was contacted by RiverValley twice Thursday evening. The first call I missed at work, the second just as I was walking to my car. We arranged for him to come take a look and give a quote within a few days (that evening, the push mower broke) and he was there with his team the day after the holiday weekend. Jeremy really made the effort to make contact, see the property, and set up future services. My lawn no longer looks like a jungle and we will be working with them the rest of this grass growing and leaf falling season. I was emailed by one other landscaping company, not from this website, but they never responded to my follow-up email. I did have another local landscaper come by the day after RiverValley had cleaned up to meet in person, but did not need his services at his time.

Hard working crew got job done promptly.
