No permits pulled. My neighbor hired LNJ to widen our private road without other 2 neighbors’ consent. They wouldn’t stop the project to consult management or maybe management just didn’t care whether the road project was consented by other neighbors in our once-peaceful cul de sac. When their bulldozers got to the road adjacent to my parcels, I had to lie down in their path and call the County Sherriff. LNJ is not just responsible to the guy that hires them to widen a private road, they are responsible to check whether the project is consented by all 5 adjacent property owners.

Bid quickly, arrived as promised, operated manpower and equipment efficiently;
finished in one day and graded/reseeded the yard.

The quality seems to be pretty good. Now the person who came this week, Monday missed a patch. We had a lot survey done just before we closed on the house and they put up stakes in the yard to mark the plot lines and there were two stakes and we are guessing that the person who cut the grass on Monday, he missed the stretch, kind of a pie shaped thing because he stopped at the first stake, he didn’t go out to the second one. So we did call and they did respond. I think they probably came out the next day and I removed the stake in question so that shouldn't be an issue in the future. So far they have been showing up but it is obviously somewhat weather-dependent so I think they told us initially they would do it on Tuesdays; I know they work for a number of other people in the area and Tuesday was the most convenient for them. We have been having a lot of rains and we are not at the house everyday but it looks like they have been keeping up our lawn. I am fairly sure they are here once a week. They are less expensive than the other service that we inquired about.
