All of the work that was done was done for the past 7 years was done very well. I will continue to have them for all of my service that is needed.

The person working the office was very professional and always called back promptly, however the company representative (possibly the owner?) who came out to help with the lawn maintenance was quite rude and probably should shy away from talking to customers.
In terms of the actual work, it was sub-par at best. The cutting was mostly fine - there were some missed spots here and there, but not bad. The real issue was with edging - this is not included in their price, but they will do it for an extra fee - and weed trimming - this is apparently only done occasionally.

"It never ceases to amaze that how when someone is late paying and has not paid to date 8-13-14 can turn around and post that they are dissatisfied with are work. We were never contacted about edging, when asked yes it is a seperate charge. As for weed eating he was told up front we do not do it every week, we hit the high spots and do not let it get out of control. The customers wife was the one who got nasty, I merely walked away after trying to explain to her. If the customer would have paid their bill this could have all been avoided"

HMS was the only service out of 3 I called that promptly returned my called, came out to personally see the job and committed to providing the service. He worked with my travel schedule weekly to not come when I was home and take care of the drive when I was travelling. Easy to communicate with and provided his service as advertised. He did a very good job and would use again.

He mowed the lawn fine, and he was here when he said he would be. However, he was pretty expensive. For the price that he charged, he didn't do weed eating. He treated me okay. But while he was here talking to me, he got a phone call and he was very rude to the person on the phone. With regard to responsiveness, he answered the phone when a lot of people didn't. His punctuality was fine. I would not use them again in the future.

"In responce to (deleted member name), First of all her grass was over 12in high both times I mowed it,as for the $60 charge it should have been around $180 . The second mow was just as long as they do not want to pay for mowing the charge was more than reasonable. As for the weedeating she did not want it done. (deleted member name) was notified that we would not mow under these conditions again. We take pride in our work and do not appreciate people that are just looking for a free deal. As for the price we do a quote first andthen the customer makes the decision if they want it mowed. If the price was too high I don't understand why she had us mow in the first place and then to call and have us come back and mow again.."
