They are professional and there are no bugs. They call in advance and there is an appointment so there is a reminder call for the appointment. When they arrive they are always professional, they always wear a covering on their shoes if they come into the house. The product that they use seems to be very effective as there are no bugs.

They were very good in treating an ant infestation that we had. I know that other people have used them to help keep insects away from the house. I have used them for termites, as well. They were prompt. They arrived when they said they would be here. He explained the problem and what he was using. They try to use the more nontoxic chemicals. If there are animals and children around, they will try to use safe chemicals for them. Their price seems to fall right in line with everyone else. They are fair and do what they say they will.
