Repair man was not wearing a mask would not social distance ... I requested that he move because I am fighting cancer and he refused. Eventually he moved after I told him he can either move or leave.

Called Tim and left a message after hours; he called me back the following AM and said he would be there mid-morning - and he was. The job was completed in 45 mins and we have a new higher rating spring and a lubed door. Tim was very straight forward, right to the task at hand, and I feel his price was fair. Please consider hiring Tim as he is a Vietnam Veteran!

He came an hour after I called and replaced the broken springs. The replacement springs were stronger than those replaced. Price was very fair. I will recommend him to anyone. I will definitely use him again for all my garage door needs.

I called after 5pm and got an appointment for 9am the next morning. He arrived on time with everything he needed and got right to work. Spring and shaft were replaced and the door was operating normally in less than an hour. Total cost was on the low end of what I expected for Ann Arbor. The parts were probably under $50 at contractor/wholesale prices, so it was about $125 for an hour of labor and travel time/cost. A good deal for good work.

It went great! I called at 8:00am and my garage door was in perfect working order by 9:00 am! You can't ask for better service then that! I definitely recommend this company!

Great...quick response and excellent service

Called 8:00 am on a 5 degree winter Monday morning. Met me at the house by 9:15 and had absolutely no complaints about the frigid cold! Got right to work, completed as promised at the price quoted.

He arrived very promptly for same-day service. He was accommodating of 2 dogs and my daughter. The quoted price over the phone was the final bill. The work was completed in 1 trip.

Mr. Breitag offered his best schedule for immediate work and contacted me when he was on his way to the site.  Mr. Breitag is very direct in both his work and personality.  He explains what needs done, does it and was very lenient on his billing.

Overall I was satisfied with the work performed.
I called and spoke to him in the morning and he gave me an estimate over the phone.  I checked around with some other places and the price was inline with others.  The price for the repair was only a bit more expensive than me trying to do it myself (which I received several warnings against from friends and family).  I called back and got an appointment for later that day.
He showed a couple minutes early and he finished the work in about 30 minutes.  The price was as discussed and I now have a garage door that works.

Returned voicemail message within 1/2 hour, made appointment as I requested the next day. He arrived at the start of his 1/2 hour appointment window and was professional and courteous. Inspected, realigned the door, lubricated and tightened bolts. Inspected dual door and found broken hinges and replaced,again tightened bolts and lubricated all. He explained how to keep the door in good working order. I will keep his name and number in my file!

I called this company at 8:56 am and left a voice mail. I was called back at 9:15 am. The garage door was fixed by 9:35 am! How's that for service!!

Service was everything I could have hoped for. Called on Monday to schedule the installation of our new door opener and he was able to come exactly the day I wanted (Thurs. of the same week). He was scheduled to come between 8:00 and 8:30 in the morning and he was there promptly at 8. He said the installation would take about an hour, and he was spot on. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction, and even went ahead and lubricated our other door for us at no charge after he did the one he worked on. (We have dual doors, but we were only getting one opener replaced.) Pricing was very reasonable, and I will absolutely not hesitate to call this company again if/when we need additional service. Highly recommended.

Tim was prompt (no excuses; came on time if not early), professional (though not exactly warm-fuzzy), and gave us the best price of the three businesses that came out to do an estimate. Workmanship was impeccable and I saw his crew literally cleaning (spraying and wiping areas by hand) to ensure that our door looked as though it was in a showcase. I would have no qualms in recommending his work.

He came on time and performed the work professionally and timely.

GREAT.  He was on time, did a great job, cleaned up.
We had a problem with the opener the next day (it was ourown fault) and he came right over to fix it and explain what we had done wrong.

We called at 5pm, the company's listed closing time.  He called back within an hour and was able to come the next morning.  He arrived early, was patient with one of our children whose melt-down meant a delay to the work.  When our dog was beyond excited and noisy, he was given a smile and a cookie.
The work was done within 20 minutes, exactly at the quoted price.  He pointed out errors that had been made when the door was installed, he described them and how to fix them, stating that they were simple and explaining what needed to happen.
We're very satisfied with the work, and even more so with the prompt response.
