Dexter Dental

Excellent. I've been going to Dexter Dental for about 3 years now and I never feel as though they are pressuring me to be too aggressive in treatments. I always feel like it is a collaboration on what is the best approach for my dental care. Additionally, their staff is extremely courteous, friendly and supportive.

Their office manager wrote a nasty message on our bill all in capital letters that stated "PAYMENT IS EXPECTED IN FULL!" We had always paid on time, but had overlooked this bill (which was only 30 days overdue.) I felt that it was extremely rude and unkind for her to have done that. She could have simply called me and I would have happily taken care of it. I wrote to the dentist, but she also didn't seem to care.

Not well. Their staff is rude and uncaring. They sent me a bill with a rude note in red pen stating "Payment is Expected in Full." No phone call to see what's going on or why I hadn't paid the bill after 30 days. I sent a letter to the dentist and they just brushed me off. Sometimes there is a reason that someone hasn't sent a payment yet. They didn't even try to find out.

She was impressed that they use up to date technology that limits exposure to x-rays. Responsiveness was a B because she tried to make first contact via their website, but during that week no on was monitoring the email account. She called and was able to make an appointment.

Overall ok. But, sometimes wonder if they tried to find things wrong. so, I stopped going there.

I love Dexter Dental. Their office has a great, calming atmosphere. Everyone that works there is always super friendly and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable. They are prompt and get me in at my appointment time. I really couldn't ask for anything more from a dentist.

We have been going to Dexter Dental for about six years. I would recommend them to anyone. They are gentle. Their office environment is very clean. They are very available. They are extremely punctual and very friendly. They have a very good chairside manner and communication. Their treatment is very good, if not, they will get you back right in to fix the problem. Their billing and administration is very good. I would absolutely use their service again in the future if need arises.
