Ben was very easy to work with and definitely not hard sell. He wanted me to get exactly what I wanted when he was polyaspartic coating our garage floor. He is conscientious about his work and when I asked for some additional work, he gladly obliged and did not charge extra. He just said he wanted me to be happy with his work. He charged exactly half of what PolyPro quoted for the same work. And the PolyPro representative who quoted me refused to do some of the work I wanted because it wasn't convenient. Granted Ben offers a 15-year guarantee and PolyPro a "lifetime" guarantee, but I'd trust Ben to address any issues over the much larger PolyPro organization. I would not hesitate to recommend Ann Arbor Garage Floors to anyone looking to apply polyaspartic coating to their garage floor.

I had a great experience! Ben and his team were very friendly and professional. The only problem I had was it was very difficult to pick a color from the small samples. I wasn't happy with the first color and actually re-did the color. The finished product is amazing. The floor looks so good I don't want to put anything back in my garage!!
