The stone is high quality and the final result is excellent. I would have awarded an A rating overall, but Initial performance was not satisfactory due to a miscommunication followed by an equipment malfunction. However, Hammond responded promptly and fixed the problem. Quality and customer satisfaction appear to be high priority.

They are very prompt and very helpful. They have wonderful staff in store to talk. You could go in or just call them to order and once you have ordered something they keep record. I would use them again.
