I already left a review but failed to mention that once they left with the job not being completed, left a sewage mess over half my basement that I had to clean up.

"She had water and sewage already in her basement when i arrived. I spent hours trying to unclog her drain between the toilet and main in the basement. As i was packing up to leave she show me where she install a sump pump to route around the sewer issue. We don't clean up we Unclog but even if we did clean how can we remove sewage if the dran was still clogged & wasn't show reroute system until we was leaving"

I am surprised this pro is recommended. I called HA and was sent this pro and told they had good reviews. There is only one review... The only reason I was able to give any stars is because the gentleman was nice. However, he caused damage to our stairs, doorways, and banister by dragging the drain snake up and down the stairs in the rain. It left dirt and rust on the carpeted stairs (along with his shoeprints as he did not bring coverups or remove his shoes), and scratched the paint off of the doorways and banister. I am very disappointed in the service and could not recommend it. The pro was also 3 hours late to our scheduled appointment. When I called the number it was clear I was calling a cell phone. I heard a woman cursing and gossiping in the background. The only positive is that he did pull some things out of the drain with the snake. But, he left it all for us to clean up. Very sad.

"Sorry we were late. We can only give an estimate on timing for every job is different and we like to work until we get the drain UNCLOG. It was raining and her basement was flooded with sewage; we don't clean-up we only snake out drains. We do operate with cell phone maybe it was the wrong number."
