He is extremely honest, hardworking and efficient. He has done general maintenance jobs for me and it has been everything from changing light bulbs to doing minor electrical repairs. He also does minor plumbing work, clean-up and painting. I feel that his prices are fair. He is not perfect, but he is a handyman and is good enough.
