Moving
True Movers gave a competitive quote, and came out to move a large wood cabinet.
After moving the piece, one of Mark's employees dripped a cordless screwdriver, creating a long deep scratch on our newly installed maple hardwood floor. We were assured that the company was insured, and they would take care of us.'
Instead, Mark refuses to return our calls. We got an estimate for the repair, $350, and submitted it to him so he could reimburse us. However, we are unable to reach him, and emails go unanswered. It has been two months, and we are looking at further options to recover the cost of the repair.
This company is unprofessional and dishonest. We can not recommend them.
