Started work five days late and did not complete job by the time I had to move in. Sloppy work all over. Did not use drop cloths; as a consequence, a lot of paint ended up on the newly refinished hardwood floors. They tried to clean up but with only partial success. Mixed up painting colors; pained one wall with both flat and semigloss paint. Installed one ceiling fan incorrectly so that I had to get an electrician to correct the problem. Did not share with me, despite being asked several times, receipt for paint and other purchases. Essentially, a total disaster.
