It was one person who came out and I thought they were pretty good but I felt I was too involved in writing things down. I would have preferred not to have been the helper. The work was fine. If they had more than one person to come out it would have been better. It's very hard for one person to do that expeditiously.

They came out and drained the sytem and shut it down for the winter. They come back out in the Spring and get me set for the sumer.
