MILLS HEATING & COOLING

My system is only three years old and I have had to have service on it 3 years running.  First, the central air conditioner leaked its coolant.  When I asked how that happened, he would not answer me.  This made me suspicious of their workmanship.
The next year my furnace fan would not kick on to heat the house.  I called in another company who told me that this model has a problem with the pressure switch.  They advised me to go back to Mills because it would be covered under warranty.  Mills came out and would not replace the pressure switch.  Instead they were either blowing into or sucking on a hose in the furnace.  It started running again and the same guy who was out last time told me he didn't do anything and there was nothing wrong.  I don't know about you, but sucking on hoses in a furnace is not a normal activity in my life.
This year my furnace fan would not kick on again.  The same guy comes out.  Guess what?  They replace the pressure switch.  The guy just said it happens, instead of telling me that it is a known problem with this model.  If they replaced the pressure switch last year like I asked, I would not have 3 service calls in 3 years and probably not writing this review now.
To Mr. Greenburg,  when your kids worked for you the workmanship was wonderful.  In the late 90's I had Mills put in a furnace and air with no problems, but this guy who is buying you out has ruined your goodwill with me.  If I knew where your kids were working, I would use their services in a minute.

Mill's did the entire home heating system in my remodel and I called them back to install a garage heater after that. They did a good job and I would hire them again.

I was totally amazed especially with the price! They were the lowest price of any option that I had explored and their work was the most difficult to do. There were no surprises. They did the job, and they did what they said they would do. They were very respectful of not damaging any of the walls. They were just very careful in the way they did their work. The two guys were a little rough around the edges, their language was a little bit blue at times, and they would get into these arguments that were more joking back and forth. I think if they were in a house with kids they would tone it down. Anyone who hires them should not be put off by that however. The owner actually came out and did the job, Frank Mills, and I asked him to do one extra thing. He said they'd do it for free, and it was to put in a dryer vent to the outside.

I was very happy with the purchase. My house has a boiler, with radiators, and this is a neat way to install air conditioning. There is a really good warranty on the unit, and he takes care of the service checks free of charge. I think that is good customer service.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS ALWAYS GOOD. THEY ARE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS WITH THEM.

THEY DID A LOT OF DUCTWORK ON MY HOUSE WHILE THEY WERE INSTALLING THE FURNACE. THE REPAIRMAN NAMED MARVIN DOES A GREAT JOB. I HAVE USED THEM ABOUT 4 TIMES. AFTER THEY ARE DONE THE WORK LOOKS GOOD.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND POLITE. I WAS REAL HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID AS THEY HAD MY FURNACE INSTALLED IN ONE DAY. THEY DO REAL GOOD WORK AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
