Mr. McCurdy set a time for his initial visit, and called before that time when he was running late. Mr. McCurdy explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to correct the problem. He needed to order a part. He told me what he would charge me I paid a deposit and we setup an appointment for his return visit. I was extremely pleased with the work on my cameras and the changing my User ID and Password by McCurdy Unlimited. Five Stars.
