Description of Work: Called and they stated $50 per window $75 for vented window. Since I lived out of the area which website stated they served the trenton area the price went up $4 a window. The installer came out on the scheduled date and completed all windows except one because a bush was in front of it and didn't want to install from the inside because it would not be done correctly. The installer said he would be back in a week to install it once I removed the bush. 3 weeks later no window I called and talked to the owner and told her what was going on and stated she had no clue and it was my fault and the installer and I were trying to scam her? I informed the owner if the window was not installed I would contact the police and file a theft report since I paid for a service that was not completed. The window was finally installed. Very very unprofessional company.

 + -1 moreThe crew showed up when they promised, and did a fine job replacing the old windows. They even pulled out all of the old frames, and cleaned up the glass. My general contractor has seen a lot of glass block windows before, and he said they did a very good job. He said he is going to use them in the future for his jobs. We were very happy with the price. It was one of the lowest bids, and it worked out great. I was a bit worried about using someone who 's price was so good, sometimes you get what you pay for. But this time I was very happy with their work. Also, the woman in the office was very helpful and friendly, taking care of all of my questions.

 + -1 moreExcellant. They qouted a fair price. The crew showded up on time. They explained what had to be done. They cleaned up after the work was completed. Some of the basement windows were of odd size. They showed me all options. The vent windows and the dryer vent windows were perfect. They even replaced an old faded glass block window, to match the new ones. Great job!!!!

 + 0 moreAfterwards, I realized I needed a vent installed. They came right back out and installed the vent. When he finished it was after business hours. I tried to offer to pay him cash and he insisted that the company would call me for credit card information at a later date, which I thought was impressive. When they called me they were really appreciative of my business and provided great customer service.

They worked with my schedule and they did a good job. They were fine in terms of their professionalism and customer service. They were prompt with their schedule. I would recommend them to the other members.

After the representative took the necessary measurements and returned to his company; another rep called to deliver the quote. When I told him that I had received quotes that were all 10-25% less than his company, he hung up the phone.

The windows look nice and they were very professional. I think the price I paid was reasonable for their work also.

This company quotes over the phone, so make sure you have measurements and number of windows before you call. When I overlooked a seventh window they made it back much sooner than I expected to get that one in. My whole experience with this company was a pleasure.
