The crew showed up when they promised, and did a fine job replacing the old windows. They even pulled out all of the old frames, and cleaned up the glass. My general contractor has seen a lot of glass block windows before, and he said they did a very good job. He said he is going to use them in the future for his jobs. We were very happy with the price. It was one of the lowest bids, and it worked out great. I was a bit worried about using someone who 's price was so good, sometimes you get what you pay for. But this time I was very happy with their work. Also, the woman in the office was very helpful and friendly, taking care of all of my questions.

Excellant. They qouted a fair price. The crew showded up on time. They explained what had to be done. They cleaned up after the work was completed. Some of the basement windows were of odd size. They showed me all options. The vent windows and the dryer vent windows were perfect. They even replaced an old faded glass block window, to match the new ones. Great job!!!!

Afterwards, I realized I needed a vent installed. They came right back out and installed the vent. When he finished it was after business hours. I tried to offer to pay him cash and he insisted that the company would call me for credit card information at a later date, which I thought was impressive. When they called me they were really appreciative of my business and provided great customer service.

I think they did a very good job. They knocked out all of the old windows and they were very careful. They did not make a mess and when they were finished they cleaned up very well. The windows look nice and they were very professional. I think the price I paid was reasonable for their work also.

I had an unusual situation-needed glass block windows for my basement installed within a day or two. This company quotes over the phone, so make sure you have measurements and number of windows before you call. When I overlooked a seventh window they made it back much sooner than I expected to get that one in. My whole experience with this company was a pleasure.

Eric did all the work in a timely manner and we are well pleased with the final results. Other handyman Co's quoted double and triple the price of Knight's for the same job. Also, when I called their office a real person answered and not some convoluted answering system.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB! THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME VERY MUCH AT ALL FOR THE WINDOWS. THEY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE INSTALLATION PRICE AS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY WERE REALLY A GREAT GROUP TO DEAL WITH, FROM BEGINNING TO END.
