He told me he would get a washer to get in touch with me and nobody did. After a week I called again and left a message and I still haven't heard from them. He could have had the courtesy to tell me that he was not interested in doing the work so I could start calling some other places.

A window was broken, but they did an excellent job of repairing it at their expense without me even asking them to.

Ken, the owner, provided an on-site free estimate on the same day I called and his price was approx. $200 less than the other estimates I obtained. We scheduled the work day for the following week and his work crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. When they didn't finish on the first day, they came back (again promptly on time) and finished on the second day. The 2 man crew worked efficiently and thoroughly and left no mess behind. My windows are sparkling and I am completely pleased with their services. I will hire them again.

We've used K Window Cleaning & Building Maintenance Inc. (we call it just K Maintenance) for years. From the moment Ken picks up the phone, he makes you feel like you are his most important customer! He always makes the appointment our first choice of day and time. Scheduling an appointment is one thing; keeping it is another. His crew always shows up on time, wearing his company's shirts. There is no loud (or even soft) music, no loud talking, no smoking, and no fooling around. The 2 man crew just pulls in the driveway, unloads their supplies, rings the doorbell to say hello and verify the job, and then goes to work. Both of the men are friendly and very polite, but they are at your house to work, and that is what they do. At the end of the job (before they presented us with the bill), as we walked around the house, except for the gleaming windows, there was no evidence that they were even here. Everything was just as it was when they arrived. No plants were trampled while cleaning the gutters or washing the outside of the windows, no spilled water inside or out, no items knocked over inside (or out), and nothing left behind. The "stuff" removed from the gutters is bagged and taken away with them. And the bill was for the exact amount of the estimate. They continue to meet or exceed our expectations. As with any company, the first couple of times it is easy to meet expectations; but after many years K Maintenance continues to excel!!!
