Thanks, Mr. Arthur, for the smooth transactions. My new furnace was installed and heating up my home on the same day. He is very knowledgeable and did an incredible job installing the furnace and the new ductwork to the old 38-year-old ductwork. I will be using them for all of my Heating and Cooling services.

Hoerig Heating & Air Conditioning Repairman was efficient & thorough. The source of the problem was not clear; so, through his process of investigation, he was able to determine that the problem was not a malfunctioning furnace. He determined that the problem was attributed to an extended power outage which caused one of the other systems to malfunction when power was restored.

Arthur is prompt to respond and very efficient. He fitted our tenant in his schedule right after she called and fixed her heater. His work is professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely hire Arthur again if we are ever in need and we highly recommend him to others.
