FUTURA CUSTOM KITCHENS INC

This company is highly disorganized. It took me over 4 months to get this work scheduled after picking out the cabinets in early June. Becky (the designer) came out to the home 2 times to measure before the installation, and the owner, Frank came out an additional time after to essentially check her work. I was pleased with her design for the kitchen and overall the work was done well in the end, but they are an extremely disorganized and strange company to deal with. While demo-ing our existing kitchen the workers someone made off with our perfectly good/working garbage disposal. As soon as we realized what had happened (the evening they left), the workers claimed we had ok'd them to take the disposal. In addition, they couldn't "find" it the next day claiming it was lost, then they claimed a part was broken, and then we didn't hear from them. A few weeks later, we received a call that the rest of the balance was due on our kitchen with an insinuating tone that we were trying to somehow skip out on our obligation. And yet, we still didn't have a garbage disposal and the work was not finished (several knobs were missing that were a part of the order). In addition, they disputed our claim about the garbage disposal, but when I threatened that I wouldn't be paying the remaining balance until a garbage disposal was provided and/or a credit was given, they suddenly found one for us. We are scheduled to pick it up this weekend, and I'm cautiously optimistic that this will occur.
