Was picked up promptly at 5:45 AM on 12/22 for flight to California. For return trip, I was picked up at about 2:30 AM on 12/27 after my flight from Calif. was delayed twice (due to snow in Detroit). I had been in contact with the driver, and he had been checking my flight time. It's so nice to have someone waiting for me at baggage claim, no matter what time I arrive!. The driver helped with my baggage and we left. He apologized for driving slowly, because it was snowing, but I told him I appreciated safety. He has provided so many round-trips from my home over the years, that he seems like a relative!

From Sterling Heights to the airport, it's about a 40-45 minute drive. Some other transportation might be cheaper but he provides a very quality service. He provides door to door service in a lincoln town car or a luxury car, very comfortable. It is always very clean with bottled water inside. The driver is very professionally dressed. He meets me at the luggage carousel, carries the luggage. Very punctual and courteous. The quality and the service make up for the few extra dollars it might cost. The price differs by the distance you are traveling.
