Ed was great, I had been trying to diy my sink blockage for 2 days before I called him, he came on a Saturday night and had me up and running within an hour!

Mr. Rucker came to do our needed work promptly, & called when he was on his way. He came the very next morning especially when I told him that my husband has Parkinson's and that it was difficut for him to have to walk to the other sinks in the house. When he arrived he worked diligently & made sure that we were satisfied before leaving.

He took on a job that was above his skill level. I needed a basement washroom drain cleaned. Instead, he snaked the main line from the house and did not do the washroom. I called him and he indicated he did not have time to do the job I needed to be done and had paid him to complete. He returned $100 of the $150 I paid. The $50 was a service fee for coming to my house. Would not recommend him to anyone.

He carried in a hand snake to clear a sewer line.Clogged sewer and toilet was never fixed. I had to hire another plumber to come out and fix what he didn't fix. He is a con artist. No substance or skills to do the work properly. I do not believe he is licensed.

Came out on Father's Day. Very fast and professional. Price very reasonable and they cleaned up basement afterwards

He did the work on my rental property based on a verbal agreement over the phone and then charged a price lower then his verbal quote. He was prompt and professional.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!! I called this guy because all I needed was a dielectric union sweated to the pipe so that I could complete the installation of my hot water tank. For a "professional" plumber this should have only taken 15-20 mins max!! This dude wanted to sweat it while it was on the tank while it clearly states on the tank DO NOT SWEAT ON TANK or it will melt the lining. This dude wanted to tell me that wasn't true because the liner was at the bottom of the tank. Then Mr "Professional" goes and burns the rubber gasket up and had to get a new one. Then he wanted to put the new one on without the rubber gasket, I had to get the package and show him the illustration that shows how it should be put together. What PROFESSIONAL doesn't know that!!!!! Then he goes and solders the dielectric union crooked and was struggling to get it to line up. I had to tell him the it wasn't aligned right and that's why it wouldn't fit. Then he wants ME to help fix it! Ain't that some shit!!! That's what I called you for... To fix it! This dude is grabbing and shaking the pipes and then uses one pipe as leverage to try and tightening another pipe!!! After an hr and a half the issue is fixed..... SO I THOUGHT!!!! I come home from work and what do I find? Water everywhere!! This pipe is mad leaking everywhere and had been running out for 8 plus hours! I immediately called Ed to let him know that he messed up my pipes and he needed to fix this. His attitude was nasty and rude, he denied all responsibility and hung up on me. When I called back we discussed him fixing this so my family and I could have hot water. He stated he would be there at 10 am the following morning. Fast forward to the next morning, it's 10 am and Ed is not here. After many calls and a half hr later Ed calls back and states...... " Mannn, I'm in the hospital, my sugar is up and I had to come to come to the emergency room last night". He then goes on to say " you're gonna have to get somebody else out there to fix it "!!! So I ask when are you getting out of the hospital ? "He says I don't know, I ain't got time to be talking about this"!! So I said" you want me to pay someone else to come out and fix what you messed up!?!??!! Why should I have to pay someone again????? Ed hung up on me and would not answer or return my calls. I ultimately ended up spending $260.00 additional dollars on another plumber to fix the pipes that he messed up and dielectric union that clearly was not fixed right the first time!! I should have known something was wrong when I saw him go to the neighbors house across the street after giving him clear and concise directions! DO NOT HIRE ED THE PLUMBER! HE SAYS HE'S WORKING HARD, YEAH WORKING HARD AT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!

The minimal work was fine

His work was good. No problems.
