Dumpster 4 Less

Should have read these reviews b4 making my decision!!! They came an hour late (my moving team was only available for the agreed time). I ordered a 20yard dumpster, but they sent me a "25 yard cuboidal truck with about 21 yards left". BS. That little U-Haul looking 15 yard moving truck was NOT sufficient. My team had already moved a lot of the furniture out on the lawn to aide in the dumping, so we reluctantly pushed forward. The team filled the small moving van with half of my load and pulled off in 1.5 hours. Never gave me a receipt for services, which I needed to get a refund for the permit I purchased from the City of Detroit. Contacted "John" several times at the number listed, each time full of empty promises. Would NOT recommend, better places for your $315

It got there on time

They were supposed to haul away 30 yards of material from my home. I completed the online form explaining there was "construction material" and that the home just went through a rehab. I even made a special trip to the property to send him photos of the debris. So when the crew was about 25% loaded they decided the load was going to be too heavy for their truck. Even though their ad says "New Construction such as new house or major addition" for the 30 yard dumpster. But they told me it wouldn't be a problem that they could make two trips but it would cost me double. It is a bait and switch! They don't have it on their online form, but in the contract they bring to you before they start loading it says they have a weight limit of 1,000 lbs. What? A 30 yard pickup and they expect it to be under 1000 lbs?!?!. My pick up truck can carry that amount! I used them once before and they pulled the same story, however they got it all on the truck but charged me more. I should have known better. Beware, sometimes you get wait you pay for. Today I lost hours of my time dealing with unprofessional people. I get if there are restrictions on weight. What I don't get is that you say it will be fine and then partway through the process you change your mind. If you didn't want construction material, don't take the order from the beginning. I also don't get how you think a 30 yard dumpster should weigh under 1,000 lbs. I just can't see it any other way then bait and switch. Of course when I called the owner and the office no one answers and no one has returned my call. If it was a true error you would think they would be apologetic, or willing to find the win-win in the deal.
