DOLLAR RENT A CAR

I rented the van and they sold me insurance which I did not want and also the fuel option that they said I could fill the tank at the going price when returned. They did give me a rebate for the insurance but charged for a full tank of fuel. Even though I filled the tank before returning the van I was still charged for 20 gallons of fuel. I did give them a receipt for the fuel as they requested but after calling customer service twice they did not want to talk to me again. When renting the vehicle the agent did say I could fill it before returning it or have them fill it for me. It all sounded good and I took them at their word but I did learn a lesson not to believe anything they say. I would advise anyone who does use them to read all the fine print even if it does hold up a long line of people. They do have very poor customer relations when renting or calling to complain. I did my reservation through Car Rentals.com and they also said they could do nothing to help me. So I will not use them anymore either.
