Called to schedule the delivery a couple days prior to the needed delivery date. No problem getting the date that I wanted. Provided the size of the area that required a cement foundation (for a storage shed). The company calculated the amount of cement needed. The truck arrived on time. The driver required payment prior to starting the job (i.e., prior to pouring the cement into the wheelbarrows). The truck was parked in the street in front of my house. The cement was wheeled to the backyard by my friends and our wheelbarrows. I have to admit...that was hard work! Once the truck was empty, the driver rinsed the residual cement out of the truck and left.
Overall a good experience with this company. But, if you ask me to lay a cement foundation for a 378 cu ft shed again...well the answer would be no (smile).
