Defender Door And Window Guards

The installation went well; however, one of the doors is starting to rust. When I called them about the problem they told me the salesman and the owner would come out, but they never showed, last week he said he was on vacation, and then yesterday he was in a meeting and would call back. He did not call back so I called him again and now there is no answer. I also used them at my mothers home and they did an excellent installation job but one of her doors is starting to rust. They told me they would take care of it, but I will have to wait until they are in the area.

Update: They finally came out to look at my door. It took them over three weeks to do so but they have yet to come and look at moms door which has rust and some other issues also.

My round top door never closed correctly, it had to be lifted and then opened.  Derric sent Angel to install my new door, and he corrected every flaw.  Angel has 30 years of experience, he is a true craftsman.
My home was built in 1924, I never expected to get a door that would fit perfectly, and close correctly.  I am tickled pink!
There are several steel door providers out there, but make sure your door isn't a cheap china reproduction, like the ones they sell at Protector Window and Doors.  Call Derric, he'll make you a believer too.
