+ -1 moreIt did not go. Crown heating pull the permit for a new boiler in 2010, for Sears. Sears had another company install the boiler. Called Leroy in 2011 for inspection. No problem. However, called 1/29/2020 to have a zone valve replaced. However, Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If i could rate them 0 I would. they do not deserve 1 star. It is unfortunate the person answering the phone run customers away. I received a ridiculous price from her and when I challenged Sherry on the price, she hung up on me. Floyd Carter, your employee is destroying your business.

Description of Work: Replaced old with new water heater and elevated water heater in an attempt to prevent future flood damage. Also installed new furnace thermostat.
