It did not go. Crown heating pull the permit for a new boiler in 2010, for Sears. Sears had another company install the boiler. Called Leroy in 2011 for inspection. No problem. However, called 1/29/2020 to have a zone valve replaced. However, Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If i could rate them 0 I would. they do not deserve 1 star. It is unfortunate the person answering the phone run customers away. I received a ridiculous price from her and when I challenged Sherry on the price, she hung up on me. Floyd Carter, your employee is destroying your business.

Have always received excellent and highly professional service . Everything was completed in a couple of hours and the service was provided conveniently.
Description of Work
Replaced old with new water heater and elevated water heater in an attempt to prevent future flood damage. Also installed new furnace thermostat.
