Cable installation was crude - just run across the lawn. Server was often down. Phone calls usually consisted of a super long wait and then no satisfactory response. When we dropped the TV and phone, they said they'd come by to pick up the TV box but never did.  They continued to charge for the converter box.  Promised to send a return package but never did (after promising twice) and still charged rental for the box. When i returned the modem and TV box they couldn't accept payment for the remainder owed - we'd have to wait for a billing from the company.  They weren't discourteous, but they weren't helpful or apologetic.  A VERY VEXING EXPERIENCE!

When I originally signed up a lady had set up a package that we were fine with. When I called in yesterday to question something on our bill the guy I spoke with told me that I shouldn't have this package and just took it away!
