+ -1 moreCharles was responsive, pleasant, professional, thorough, and very informative. We warned him up front that as first-time homeowners, we were very limited with knowledge. He took the time and care to point out what he was seeing, how the problem could be addressed, and who should be doing the repairs and when. The report was provided within 30 minutes following the inspection and just as thorough. Our realtor commented on how thorough he was and complimented us on our choice of CNM!
Description of Work: We called Charles to do a home inspection prior to purchasing a 80-year old house in Detroit.
