Many years ago my late husband worked for a fence company, so I know all the problems that customers can face, and the excuses they can be given. I was in town for a limited amount of time (3 weeks), and yet they managed to complete the entire job in plenty of time. All the workers- on the ground, salesman, and woman in the office were so very helpful and professional. When I had to call back to get the gate adjusted, they were back out here the next day. Neighbors have already said how nice it looks. If you want competency and quality, as well as friendliness, make this your fence company.
It is also good to deal with a company that is in Detroit.

They arrived on schedule and gave me a written estimate along with a time for their return and installation. They returned on schedule and installed a beautiful gate. The only hitchwas a short piece of fencing that had been removed between my gatye and my neighbors house and not replaced at the time my gate was installed. I called their attention to it and the boss came out an talked to my neighbor and made a new portion to replace the opne removed. The new section is outstanding and much better than the old one. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use them again if I needed any more fencing.

I needed a replacement gate for a chain link fence.   The only gates I could find ready made were too big for the opening.   Most of the companies I called could not be bothered with such a small order.   I called Casey's on a Saturday morning expecting to get an answering machine, I got a real person.   In a few minutes,  I had a quote and placed an order.   I picked the gate up a few days later.  The gate was ready.   I was helped with loading.   I was warned the new gate would not match my old gate.  I replied any gate I put next to a 30 year old gate would not match.  The clerk laughed.

Casey Fence Company came out and assessed the area that I wanted done. They told me what I needed and how long it would take them to do it, and gave me a quote. They did exactly what they said and installed my gate to my satisfaction. I had to hire an electrician though to complete the job, but I am very happy with my gate. They did a very good job and explained everything to me. They are trustworthy and did exactly what they said they were going to do, in the time frame that they forecast. When I called and spoke to the owner with questions I had following our visit, and I think I called him two or three more times, he was pretty good with answering the questions and giving me the information that I needed to know, so I was very pleased with that. As far as I can tell, the price was good, and they fitted my schedule. From when I called them on the 3rd of January, they finished up on the 25th. I'm very pleased with the work. I had called them in once before, because a demolition job out the front of my house had flattened part of my fence.

We were so thankful when a friend told us about Casey Fence Co.  We had gotten estimates from several other companies to install a gate across the driveway.  The estimates ranged from over $800 to $1200.  None of the other companies would use the existing steel post we had and charged to replace it.  Casey Fence manufactured the double gates to fit our irregular sized driveway, installed a steel post to match the existing one we had and installed two closing mechanisms, a throw-arm and a fork latch to make sure our large dog couldn't push open the gate.  Mr. Casey was very professional and the price was very reasonable.  They came out when they said they would, didn't leave a mess and completed the job in one day.  We will definitely refer them to others.

I was very satisfied with him. I don't have anything negative to say about him. It was not a very expensive job. He came out himself to survey what needed to be done and he made recommendations because what I thought needed to be done didn't need to be done. I had to hire somebody to remove the shrubbery because they didn't do that. He coordinated with the person who removed the shrubbery so he could come right back when he was finished so nobody would take advantage of an open yard. He was so good that I recommended him to someone else.  He was there within a reasonable time and he came back to look at things again and coordinated with the shrubbery removal individual. I would use him again.

They were curtious.  He kept his word and did what he said he was going to do.  He provided reccomendations for the type of fence that I needed which saved me money.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY CAME ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN NO TIME. I AM SO VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY EVERYTHING TURNED OUT. I GET ALL KINDS OF COMPLIMENTS.
