The sales person and techs were great. The office person was HORRIBLE. She was rude and she even tried to joke that the snow was affecting her email/phones. Just terrible.

Just bought a new bungalow that needed work because the seller's contractor was an idiot. Realtor recommended Baumgartner. We had a narrow time frame to correct the return duct, tune up the furnace and install the AC unit. They did it all in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the process.

They were very fast and efficient. They were very knowledgeable of what they are doing.

Very disappointing. Waited all day for a return call from them to set appt. time. When I called them at end of day, they weren't sure what happened that we weren't contacted. The next morning I didn't hear from them so I called after several hours. Then I was told I had to wait until late in the day again for an appointment. (Even after I reminded them that we were missed the previous day!) I then received a call in early afternoon saying they could come right over but I had already scheduled a different contractor for that time.

They were very good. They did a dirty job very cleanly.Two guys did the job.

Job was done on time and with excellent clean-up. old unit was removed woth no mess. Since the replacement was done in December we were advised to wait to complete the air conditioning portion (charging wihit refrigerent) until late spring. All it took was one phone call to get the air conditioning ready in late April. Contractor was well-informed about tax credits and DTE and Consumers rebate programs and helped us prepare rebate paperwork. When fall came and we were not sure how to activate humidifier a technician stopped by at no charge to help us out

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY, AS A MATTER OF FACT, I BELIEVE IT WAS THE SAME DAY. THE GUY THEY SENT OUT WAS REALLY NICE.

I THOUGHT THAT THE GUYS WHO CHANGED OUT MY FURNACE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WE HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH MISCOMMUNICATION TOWARDS THE END, BUT EVERYTHING TURNED OUT JUST FINE.
