They cancelled or failed to show 5 times!! I had an appointment on schedule for Friday Oct. 23 from 5-7 pm, but they did not show up and did not call to cancel. I have had an LG front loading washer for 3 years. I did not get the extended warranty on the washer because I carry a rider insurance with DTE energy company to cover all appliance repair. The worst service I have ever received from any compnay. Lauren Green was a no call and no show to two appointments where I had someone waiting at my house all day for his arrival. He never returned calls like he promised. He took my $80 for the service call and cashed it that day and two weeks later I am fighting for my money back and I still have a broken washer. When I would call and inquire about his poor service and completion timeline he would become very defensive, rude and extremely disrespectful on the phone. I would never recommend this company and I would not allow this man in my home.
