ACCENT UPHOLSTERY

Got sick of the battle and called Accent. I received a call back within the hour. Was asked to text a pic of the needed repair. Quoted me $275.00 and arranged to come out and take a look the next day. He arrived on time, took the sofa with him that day having settled on a price of $375.00 for the repair itself and then to add fluff to the cushions and remove the cheap fabric that was starting to go and replace it. That was Wednesday. I had my couch back on Friday! It looks amazing and feels amazing again!!! I will be having Accent reupholster a chair and a couch from my formal living room as soon as I can decide on a fabric. My husband and I are thrilled with the repairs and his professionalism.

Joes level of professionalism was un matched, the repairs were completed per his bid time, also there was a slight problem with one of the repairs he completed he responded promptly and addressed the problem promptly.

I would recommend accent over anyone including several other of the upholstery and or cleaning companies on Angies list.

Joe is a great guy, prompt, quick and aims to please. Satisfied, would use again and recommend to friends.

THEY DID GOOD WORK AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED. CHAIRS AND COUCHES SEEMED TO BE LIKE NEW WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
