Jim was excellent to work with over the entire process.  From meeting with him to get an estimate to follow-up after the job, he was always available via phone or in person to go over details.  When we decided to go with Tri-County, he came over with shingle samples....had no idea there were so many choices!  I kept returning to one particular color and he indicated that due to the end of the season, he had that same shingle on hand to do his own house before winter set in.  That pretty much answered my question as to what brand to go with...if he would use it on his own house, why should I?  He offered up his own shingles to do our job so there was no waiting for an order to be received!  As he said, being the owner of the business, he could hold off until spring to get his house done.
The only issue that occurred was the delivery of the shingles.  The company that delivered the shingles to the rooftop used a large lift that went off the driveway and, in doing so, collapsed the asphalt at the edge of the lawn.   Jim addressed the problem and the company is to fix the driveway yet this coming spring.
All in all, I would recommend Tri-County Roofing over the several companies that we had provide estimates.  A complete detailed estimate was provided in writing,  They completed the job in two days, cleaned up the job site acceptable and warranteed the labor for 10 years....something that was not evident in the other quotes.
