Went fairly well, until I made a list of things that were wrong or needed to be fixed, as workmanship was guaranteed for a year Still waiting for him to bring back the screen for window he took to fix, to caulk aroun the window, and clean the brick work off Lawyer is involved, but he always has an excuse as to why he cannot come Poor excuse of a businessman

Initially, it went ok and, while not planned and coordinated the best, work got accomplished. Once the various issues arose and the demolition was required, I got verbal estimates of the changes required.  I was totally devastated by this change of events but agreed to every cost for the changes and paid them up front.  When they left to pursue other work while I had to refinance and then responded to my concerns about finishing, I should have insisted on written documentation but trusted their word. When the winter passed after paying them most of what they sized it would take to finish and being approached asking for more money because of their poor judgment about costs and subcontractors. After continuing to insist they finish the work they’d been paid to do and fix the defects from work they’d previously done, Ben Clark stopped responding  any correspondence.    He no longer answers emails and will not answer his phone if he sees the call is from me.  I feel they are dishonest, lack integrity, do not stand behind their word or their work (pages of defects still remain) and overall provide low quality workmanship.

They did what they said they were gonna do, they did a nice customized job, they were punctual and they did a very good job. The only issue that we had was I tried to do a follow up them for a smaller job not related to the garage and everybody else was to found out how good they were too because they were busy. They were slow in getting back to me and when they did, they quote was pretty high. The initial job that they did was great; it was properly placed, they did a really nice job and I was very happy with it. It just seem when they got busy, I had a real trouble getting them. I may want to use them again.
